Prefab Guard Booths and Guardhouses in Tampa, FL

Getting a Booth to Your Gate
What Makes a Gate Booth Work
A gate booth is small, but it runs all day and all night. Distribution yards along I-4 and I-75 check trucks in around the clock, so the booth has to keep a guard comfortable through every shift, in every season.
In Tampa Bay that means real cooling and moisture control. The door opens every few minutes, the sun hits all four sides, and the air outside is hot and humid most of the year. Insulated walls and roof plus a properly sized HVAC unit are standard, not upgrades.
Booths are built and finished at the factory, then delivered as one unit and set with a forklift or crane. Counters, lighting, outlets and HVAC are already installed. At your gate, the work is a level, prepared base, a power feed and any data line you need.
Hurricane season is part of the conversation for any structure sitting outdoors. We talk through anchoring and placement for your yard during design.
Sizes run from a one-person booth to a guardhouse with room for several staff, a restroom and storage. Port-related yards often want a scale house or a booth glazed on every side so the guard can watch both lanes. Gates at the big Lakeland and Ruskin distribution centers tend to need the larger sizes.
